Jeff Kroll, principle and president of Kroll Residential, is a third generation builder. His families' construction business is responsible for developing and building more than 3,500 homes in Hampton Roads. After leaving the family construction business, Jeff focused on building large custom homes in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. As a custom homebuilder, Jeff gained extensive knowledge on design styles and construction practices affiliated with high end custom homes. Jeff eventually transitioned into more value orientated residential homebuilding.
